YOU NEED A PLAN

Any trainer can be a drill sergeant and force you to do crunches and sit-ups, which you can do at home until you injure your back. But, there has to be a structured plan with proper periodization, to lead you toward your goal. I educate you on what exercises are most beneficial for your body type and background.
